Kyle Manson

With over 14 years of experience in the finance industry, Kyle has developed a deep expertise, beginning his career in 2011. He spent six years as a manager at National Australia Bank before transitioning to a broker role in 2018. In 2021, Kyle acquired CFC Finance and has since led the company with a vision that prioritises client needs and team collaboration. He holds a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and is furthering his education at the AFG Academy Harvard Business School.

Kyle’s leadership is grounded in integrity and values, believing that putting people over profit ultimately leads to success. His strong skills in finance strategy, emotional intelligence, and creative problem-solving make him a respected figure in the industry. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys cooking, working on cars, and outdoor activities like 4x4ing and camping with friends and family. A member of the MFAA, he is driven by a deep desire to help others and believes in the power of reciprocity and mutual respect.

Catherine Wright

With nearly 20 years in the finance industry, Catherine's journey has always been driven by a simple yet profound belief: clients are at the heart of everything she does. Her approach is personal, empathetic, and education-focused—always aiming to demystify the complexities and jargon of finance so clients can make informed choices while balancing busy lives.

Outside her professional life, Catherine is a proud mother who cherishes spending quality time with family and friends. Emily Manson

With a strong background in marketing and communications, Emily brings a wealth of expertise to the team at CFC Finance. Since joining in 2021, she has played a key role in driving the firm’s marketing efforts, utilizing her analytical skills, attention to detail, and strategic planning to create effective strategies that resonate with clients.

Emily is deeply passionate about financial education and believes in the power of financial literacy. She takes pride in equipping the team to help clients understand their options and empower them to make informed decisions. Seeing clients grow their wealth and property portfolios through education is one of her greatest rewards.

Jiaxin Li

Jiaxin holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Banking from the University of Sydney and is currently pursuing a Master of Financial Analysis at UNSW. Her academic journey has fuelled her passion for finance, especially in corporate finance, financial modelling, and investment analysis. Jiaxin’s strong analytical and problem-solving skills, honed through internships and academic projects like portfolio construction and company valuation, enable her to provide valuable insights into financial data and investment decisions at CFC Finance.

At CFC Finance, Jiaxin focuses on helping clients navigate complex financial landscapes by tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, hiking, and creating video content, particularly vlogs documenting her experiences. With an interest in languages, she has studied Japanese, French, and Korean. Jove Corage

Meet Jove, the Operations Manager at CFC Finance. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Jove initially pursued Accountancy but chose Computer Science to graduate sooner and support her family financially. Her background in customer service and problem-solving, coupled with her team collaboration experience, enables her to provide exceptional service and support to clients. Jove is passionate about fostering a supportive environment where her team can thrive, ensuring that every member is empowered to perform at their best.

Priyanka Pareek

Meet Priyanka, a dedicated professional currently pursuing the Chartered Accountant course in India, with a strong foundation in financial principles and hands-on experience in accounting and financial management. Priyanka’s passion for working with numbers and helping clients achieve their financial goals has driven her to pursue a career in finance. Niharika brings a strong academic background in Finance and Law (L.L.B.) to her role at CFC Finance.
